Where you do not, we coordinate the architect and engineer ourselves and quote the build to a clear specification before work starts.
Attic conversions are one of our most common projects — adding a bedroom with ensuite to an Irish three-bed semi is one of the highest-value moves a client can make, and it is squarely within our scope. Garage conversions follow the same pattern: insulation, blockwork, plastering, electrics, plumbing and joinery, all run by one team.

Most Dublin three-bed semi attic conversions run 8 to 12 weeks from the day the scaffold goes up. Adding an ensuite extends it slightly. We give a written schedule and update it weekly.
Yes. We routinely build to architects’ and engineers’ drawings as the main contractor. You get one point of accountability on site.
